Shipping, Freight & Delivery

Shipping and delivery requirements vary widely between hardwood lumber, slabs, machined components and finished furniture. Unless specifically included in a written quote, transportation is separate from product or fabrication pricing.

Customer Pickup

Approved orders can be picked up from our Green Cove Springs facility by appointment. Vehicle, trailer and load-securing requirements are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Freight & Commercial Shipments

For lumber, production components and larger commercial orders, freight can be coordinated based on dimensions, weight, packaging, destination and required service level.

White-Glove Delivery

For finished furniture and specialty projects, third-party white-glove delivery can be arranged where available. Scope and pricing are confirmed separately. Installation is not included unless specifically stated in the written project quote.

Transit Risk & Inspection

Freight terms, insurance, claims procedures and responsibility for transit damage are established with the applicable carrier and project quote. Customers should inspect shipments promptly and document visible freight damage at delivery.
