1 of A Kind Lumber Co. supports contractors and builders with hardwood material, machining and project production from our Green Cove Springs, Florida facility.

Material + Production

Source domestic hardwood, live-edge project stock and select Brazilian hardwoods, then use the same operation for drying, surfacing, moulding, fabrication and finishing.

• Commercial kiln drying
• 52-inch wide-belt sanding and surfacing
• 24-inch jointer and 16-inch planer

Space for Commercial Material

Our operation includes an 8,000-square-foot facility and approximately 16,000 square feet of outdoor storage. A rail spur is located on the property, subject to confirmation of service and shipment feasibility for any rail movement.

Production-Oriented Work

We are set up to evaluate repeatable work such as decking and T&G, moulded hardwood, restaurant tabletops, hospitality components and other production runs where consistency and throughput matter.
