Material → Production → Project

Work can begin with domestic hardwood, live-edge project stock, select Brazilian hardwood or customer-supplied material. Depending on the job, material can move through drying, surfacing, moulding, fabrication and professional finishing before outbound shipment.

Our strongest commercial opportunities are jobs where material and process can be standardized across a run—such as a restaurant table package, thousands of linear feet of profiled hardwood, decking production or repeat furniture components.

Facility & Material Flow

Our Green Cove Springs operation includes an 8,000-square-foot indoor production facility, approximately 16,000 square feet of outdoor storage and a CSX rail spur on the property. We can receive, stage, process and reload hardwood for larger project workflows. Rail service, switching, track readiness and shipment arrangements are confirmed before any rail movement is quoted.
